Day 3

Well, I started to go to the gym on Wednesday to stay active. My routine consists of a mile run to start out the day. Then, I would focus on an area of the body (upper or lower) and use machines to exercise the area. Then, after hitting the weights, I ride one of those stationary bike thingies for an hour. After stumbling off the bike, I make my way to the basketball court and miss every single shot I attempt to make. Finally, after having my self-esteem lowered by my lack of basketball ability, I end the day with a two-mile run.

Just to let you know, it hurts to type.

Hopefully, I stick with this routine. Maybe, I could add more on as time passes. Now, I think it's time to...ZZZ...ZZZ...
